Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone BURY the hatchet at Amitabh Bachchan’s Diwali bash!

If you remember Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone had some issues a few months back. It was reported that Deepika had called up SRK to request him to postpone Dilwale’s release, and help avoid a clash with her film Bajirao Mastani. SRK had asked her to make her to post the request on Twitter. She accepted the challenge and tweeted ‘Bring it on!’, upsetting the actor/producer who launched her film career with Om Shanti Om. However, Deepika denied that such a fight ever happened.

The duo have also gone around praising each other since a few day, but they haven’t met each other since that incident. But it seems that all the egos have been cast aside this Diwali at the Bachchan Diwali bash, when Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone and Shah Rukh Khan warmly chatted for over 15 minutes. Given their reported online tiff, this was odd for onlookers. Shah Rukh was chatting in the corner with some people when Deepika, with Ranveer in tow, walked up to the group and joined the conversation.

The trio conversed warmly for some time, where Ranveer even asked Shah Rukh for some advice and help on his toe injury. Our source adds, “Shah Rukh today is almost an expert because of the amount of fractures and injuries he’s suffered. Not only did SRK recommend some good doctors, but also offered tips on what to do to prevent further injuries. There was much light-hearted banter with jokes going around. The couple chatted with SRK for quite some time before leaving.”

Isn’t it great that the actors have sorted out their differences, even though their films Dilwale and Bajirao Mastani clash on Decmber 18.
