The amicable settlement of the matrimonial dispute between Bollywood actor Karisma Kapoor and her estranged businessman husband Sunjay Kapur with mutual consent, on Friday got a seal of approval from the Supreme Court..
The apex court accepted their consent letter while hearing the matter in chambers. Both of them had filed consents before the court for divorce.
According to sources, now a family court in Mumbai will pass the formal decree of divorce.
The agreement states that, Sanjay Kapoor purchased bonds worth Rupees 14 crore yielding interest of Rupees 10 lakh for expenses of children, who will live the actress.
