'Bold and sexy' isn't a description one would usually accord to Sonam Kapoor, who has more of a 'girl-next-door' image.

But that is the only way to describe these pictures that the actress shared on Wednesday afternoon on Instagram as well as Twitter.

While the actress has simply tweeted them out without warning or any description of any sort whatsoever, HuffPost India confirmed with PR agency Perfect Relations that these pictures were, in fact, inside pictures from the cover story of this month's issue of Vogue magazine, which is on stands now. The actress is on the cover of the April issue of the magazine, which has been in the limelight recently for a backlash over a video they put out featuring Deepika Padukone.
