Don, starring Shah Rukh Khan and Priyanka Chopra, became very popular with the audience and was very successful. With so much success, the producers of the film – Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidwani planned the sequel to the film and it was became successful again. Since then, there is a lot of speculation about the third installment of the successful franchise.

Recently, reports suggested that King Khan and PC wouldn’t be part of the next film. However, it seems that these reports are false. Why do we think so? Priyanka Chopra, in an interview to a leading daily, just revealed that she has already spoken to the producers about Don 3. She revealed, “Both Don and Don 2 were amazing. Stepping into Zeenat (Aman) ma’am’s shoes as Roma has been one of my fondest memories. The last time Ritesh and I spoke, he told me that Don 3 would be fun, let’s do it. But nothing has been finalised yet.”

Producer Farhan Akhtar at the trailer launch of his next film, Wazir said, “Nothing is planned yet, obviously Don will stay, rest will depend on the story!”

Meanwhile, Ritesh Sidhwani, the co-producer of Don, recently took to social media to clarify, “Much speculation on Don 3 and it’s casting. No thoughts of changing the cast. Working towards developing the script.”
