One of the fittest actresses in Bollywood Shilpa Shetty just launched a book called The Great Indian Diet. She has co-authored the book with Luke Coutinho where the duo has written about how healthy an Indian diet can be, if done right. Many Bollywood celebrities came out to support the Shilpa on this occasion – from Varun Dhawan, R. Madhvan, Anil Kapoor to Amitabh Bachchan.
